Delete Your Account

If you'd like to delete your OuterSpatial account, follow the steps outlined below for iOS and Android.

OuterSpatial iOS

The ability to delete your account from within the OuterSpatial iOS app was released on October 17, 2022. Make sure you're on the latest version of the app and then walk through these steps:

1. Make sure you're logged in to your account.
2. Tap on the "Me" tab.
3. Tap on the settings cog to the right side of your name.
4. Tap on "Account Settings".
5. Tap on "Delete Account".
6. Walk through the delete account process.

OuterSpatial Android

1. Make sure you're logged in to your account.
2. Tap on your profile image at the top of the screen.
3. On the edit profile screen that pops up, tap on the "More" button in the bottom, right-hand corner.
4. Select "Delete Account".
5. In the message window that pops up, tap the Send button in the bottom, right-hand corner.
6. A member of our support team will reply asking you to verify that you want to delete your account. Once you verify this, we will delete your account.
