Reset Your Password
If you already have an OuterSpatial account, but have forgotten your password and cannot log in, you can reset your password using either OuterSpatial iOS or Android.
To reset your password in OuterSpatial iOS:
- Go to the Me tab.
- Tap on the "Log In" button.
- Tap on the "Need Help?" text at the bottom of the account screen that slides in.
- Tap on the "Reset Password" button.
- Enter the email address associated with your OuterSpatial account and tap "Send".
- Check your email and click through on the link to set a new password.
To reset your password in OuterSpatial Android:
- Go to the Me tab.
- Tap on the "Log In" button.
- Tap on the "Need Help?" text at the bottom of the account screen that pops up.
- Enter the email address associated with your OuterSpatial in the "Email for password reset" field and tap "Reset Password".
- Check your email and click through on the link to set a new password.
