Beta Testing OuterSpatial Mobile
Thanks for your interest in beta testing OuterSpatial iOS or Android; we look forward to hearing your feedback! We are always looking for more testers to help test new versions of our apps.
Joining
You can join the our beta testing program in the OuterSpatial app:
- Make sure you're logged in to the app. If you're not, switch to the Me tab and click the "Log In" button, use your email address to log in, and continue to the next step.
- On the Me tab, tap the settings cog in the upper, right-hand corner of the screen — just underneath the image at the top.
- Tap the "Beta Testing" section.
- Check the box beside the app(s) you want to beta test. You can enroll to be both an iOS and Android beta tester if you'd like.
You're now enrolled in the beta test program. You will soon receive an email confirming your enrollment (or multiple emails if you joined multiple programs). When there are specific beta testing opportunities like design tests, surveys, and new beta releases, you'll receive an email with instructions on how to participate — so keep an eye out!
Leaving
Similar to joining the beta testing program, you can also leave our beta testing program in the OuterSpatial app:
- Make sure you're logged in to the app. If you're not, switch to the Me tab and click the "Log In" button, use your email address to log in, and continue to the next step.
- On the Me tab, tap the settings cog in the upper, right-hand corner of the screen — just underneath the image at the top.
- Tap the "Beta Testing" section.
- Uncheck the box beside the app(s) you no longer want to beta test.
You'll no longer receive beta testing opportunities in your email. You can, of course, rejoin the beta testing program at any time.
